Listen to your mother!!!!!!

Well...most of the time anyway! Good morning sports fans and fitness enthusiasts! One of the most common questions I am asked is how to stay full and satiated while trying to lose weight...that can be challenging when you are in a calorie deficit! That is when I hear my mothers voice in my head telling me to have an apple or raw vegetables...it's just as easy to grab for something healthy as it is to stick your hand in the bag of chips! Keeping raw and roasted vegetables on hand has been my biggest lifesaver (especially while dieting for a show!) I recommend two servings with every meal! Again the key here is keeping them on hand!
Mom I Love you! You were a true pioneer in the ways of healthy eating!

You have probably heard this before, but I truly believe in the mind, body, and spirit connection. In order to be a healthy, happy, mentally and physically fit person you need to sustain a connection between your mind, body, and spirit; and then work to balance all these areas. Not very long ago, there was a low point in my life when I was not fit and healthy. Now, I want to share my journey and my new found wisdom of how I came to reclaim my health and fitness.
My mission is to empower and inspire people to help them develop strength physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
To accomplish this mission I would like to share the knowledge I gained in my journey for self improvement. Let me both inspire and empower you to make positive changes in your body and your life.
